The dual-cowl phaeton convertible made by an American automobile manufacturer based in Buffalo, New York, is one of the most luxurious and ostentatious cars of the era.

Its straight-8 engine was one of the smoothest and most powerful at the time. It was a popular luxurious auto brand in that time that in 1909, US President William Howard Taft ordered two Pierce-Arrows to be used for state occasions, the first official cars of the White House.

This car was brought up by the collection of the Automotive Road of Dreams Museum for a six-figure sum from racing legend Andy Granatelli.

2011 Cadillac DTS (DeVille Touring Sedan)

2011 Cadillac DTS is a 4-door, 5-passenger luxury sedan manufactured by General Motors sold under Buick Brand, available in four variants(trims) namely 4.6L V8 (FWD), 4.6L V8 Luxury Collection (FWD), 4.6L V8 Premium Collection (FWD) and 4.6L V8 NHP Platinum Collection (FWD).

It is also know as US Presidential car. A specially designed presidential DTS limousine was used in the second inauguration of U.S. President George W. Bush. Details of the modified vehicle, codenamed Stagecoach, remain classified. Its successor entered service with President Barack Obama on January 20, 2009.

According to General Motors, the manufacturer, the "2009 Cadillac Presidential Limousine" is the first not to carry a specific model name. DTS is a combination of a Cadillac limousine body on the chassis/platform of a GMC Topkick commercial truck.

An early version of the DTS was initially shown at the 2005 Chicago Auto Show on February 9.
